Stability of the workforce

The stability of the workforce is a great strength despite operating in a highly competitive field. This is a core element and safeguard for clients, given the long-term perspective and complexity of certain programs.

This stability is helped by:

  • Everyone’s involvement in the strategy and its implementation and strengthened by the deployment of the LEAN principles,
  • Employee’s skills development, through training and career management, opportunities for international mobility within the Group, and the compensation and profit-sharing policy.



Several means are used to contribute to the well-being of employees and their feeling of belonging, which are essential for the Group’s success.
For example, in internal communications, Zodiac Aerospace promotes exchange of best practice and feedback. Several communications platforms have been created to this end:
  • An internal Group magazine "Zodiac Aerospace Magazine" published in 5 languages ​​(French, English, German, Spanish and Thai);
  • Internal newsletters published by the individual sites;
  • A Group intranet that gives to all connected employees regular information about the Group, in which all external communications are available (press releases, brochures, annual report, external links to our digital platforms, etc) as well as numerous internal documents (Ethics Code, Market ethics code, Manager chart, appointment notes ...) and databases (standard and procedure, "good practices" ...);
  • An internal collaborative platform "ZEN" has also been created to facilitate information sharing and gradually reduce the number of emails exchanged.


International mobility and training

To promote individual professional development, Zodiac Aerospace has implemented an internal mobility policy to foster career development within the Group and its subsidiaries around the world. This measure is complemented by a Career Management Group Committee which monthly examines vacancies and applications.

Social policy

The Group intends to strengthen its efforts in employment policy to improve gender parity in management posts, the integration of employees with disabilities and increased safety in working conditions.
