Zodiac Seats France is committed to a Lean program, organized around 12 strategic axes. The first one is to « deploy the progress plans » as known as Hoshin Kanri.  
Hoshin Kanri is a process of business planning. It’s a key managing tool to make consistent all the progress actions undertaken in each departments and services and to achieve an overall business improvement.  
 

  • HOSHIN

Define and hierarchy the objectives and annual actions in the middle-term plan.
Involve all levels of the organization to establish their own goals and action plans

 

  • KANRI

Implement the analysis and problem-solving action plans (Plan)
Carry out these actions on the long term (Do)
Measure the results (Check)
Adapt the actions depending the results achieved (Act)
