As every leading company worldwide, we at Zodiac Aerospace Services, are required to adapt to a fast moving and demanding global economy. We have to constantly pay the closest attention to our customers’ needs, understand them better and listen to their constraints in order to deliver the best adequate service and match their expectations. In this respect and during these past two years, I, as CEO of Zodiac Aerospace Services and together with my team, have reorganized our approach to the market as well as our services.
Today, a growing proportion of Zodiac Aerospace’s group’s aftermarket is cared for by Zodiac Aerospace Services and our goal is ultimately to integrate in the following two years 100% of the group's aftermarket services and this, with one unique goal : delivering flawless quality and service. Centralizing Zodiac Aerospace’s aftermarket activities in a single division dedicated to customer services is key; tremendous progress is being made at corporate level to achieve this goal and I would like to thank everyone for this. More importantly, I would also like to thank all of our customers, which trust us and I sincerely hope that our efforts of continuous improvement are contributing to their companies’ success across the world.
